Product Advantages
1. Customizable thickness to match load requirements
The standard Single Lock has a thickness of 2.8 mm, sufficient for most general installations. For regions with high wind loads, heavy snow loads, or stricter structural demands, we offer customized thickness options to ensure optimal mechanical strength and safety.
2. Adjustable connection geometry for different rail profiles
The Single Lock is primarily designed to work with open-top and open-bottom structure rails, which offer superior bending and torsional strength-ideal for high-wind or heavy-snow areas. Different regions use different rail dimensions based on local climate conditions. Our Single Lock allows the connection geometry to be tailored to the specific rail size and shape, helping customers achieve the most cost-effective installation solution for each project location.
3. Rubber pad can be omitted or customized
To balance cost and production efficiency, customers may choose to omit the integrated rubber pad. For projects requiring waterproofing, vibration damping, or anti-slip features, we also support customization of rubber pad size, thickness, and shape to suit different roofing materials and installation methods.
4. Sample testing and pull-out force testing
We support rapid sample production, with samples available within 1 week, allowing customers to verify fit and performance in advance. We also conduct pull-out force testing to provide mechanical data under real-world conditions, ensuring safety and reliability before large-scale application.

Each Single Lock unit requires only two self-tapping screws to be fastened to the metal roof. The connection to the rail relies on the product's unique snap-in angle, creating a secure mechanical lock without the need for extra bolts or manual locking operations. This significantly improves installation efficiency and reduces labor costs.
2. High adaptability for complex trapezoidal roofs
Regardless of the angle, height, rib spacing, or peak shape of the trapezoidal roof, the Single Lock can be customized to achieve a perfect fit. This makes it especially suitable for non-standard roof structures or irregular roof surfaces in retrofit projects.
