Production
The edges of all plates to be welded are beveled using high-precision CNC plasma or flame cutting equipment. After cutting, quality inspectors conduct a 100% inspection with bevel gauges to ensure that the angle, root face dimension and bevel surface finish meet the requirements of the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Any burrs or oxide layers must be completely removed to create a perfect bonding interface for subsequent welding.
